The Ballentine Pointe HOA Board has to plan and prepare for some major renovations at the pool house this season. We are asking a few residents who own their own homes in our community and are current on all their dues and assessments of 12/31/2020 to volunteer to solicit feedback from fellow residents as well as some suggestions.
Once the group gathers this information, they would present their findings to the Board at a future meeting. Most of the work is repairs and some renovations possibly upgrades depending on costs and budgetary restrictions.
