We have received your registration request. Please look out for additional emails from the HOA and from our vendor, Avigilon Alta and their OpenPath product
Once you receive the emails from Avigilon Alta / OpenPath, you will need to load your passes onto your phone.
NOTE: The app once installed will ask for your email address. DO NOT PUT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN. It will deactivate ALL mobile passes currently on the account. Instead, follow the instructions here below:
1. You will receive 1 email per additional resident 18+. All emails will be sent to this email address. You will need to forward the emails for additional residents to their own email using your email software.
2. Each email will tell you whose device it\’s intended for. Ensure you send the correct email to the correct resident
3. Download the OpenPath app using the link in the provided email. Once downloaded, return to the email
4. Open the \”Setup Phone\” link in the provided email. This will download the pass to your phone
Ensure that bluetooth and location sharing for the OpenPath app is enabled. The OpenPath system checks that your phone is physically near a reader in reader to unlock the gate.
To unlock, press the \”lock\” button to the left of the \”Pool Gate\” text inside the OpenPath app. The lock mechanism at the pool will beep and flash white when the gate is unlocked.
