The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Ballentine Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. (“Association”) is proposing two important amendments to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Ballentine Pointe (“Declaration”). Specifically, the amendments are to: (1) submit the Association to the Georgia Property Owners’ Association Act (“POA”); and (2) restrict leasing within the Community, including short-term rentals.

Our Semi-Annual Community Meeting will be tentatively held at The Events Place located at 855 Hiram Douglasville Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141 on April 29, 2020.

It’s that time again, we’ll be hosting our semi-annual HOA community meeting November 6th from 7:30pm to 9:30pm at The Events Place located at 855 Hiram-Douglasville Highway in Hiram, GA

The HOA board will provide updates on: pool, security, parking, financial and community improvement activities.

Please bring your thoughts, comments and ideas on how we can make this an even more enjoyable place to live.

The Ballentine Pointe Social Events Commitee is holding a Family Fun Day on June 9th between 3 PM and 6PM. All residents are invited!

  • First 25 Kids ARE FREE
  • Parents who aren’t skating or playing laser tag ARE FREE
  • Only $8 for skating, rental, and playground admission, with 1 round of laser tag
  • Only $12 for skating, rental, and playground admission, with unlimited rounds of laser tag
  • Pizza is $2, Soda is $1

Dear Member of Ballentine Pointe HOA:

Ballentine Pointe Homeowner Association’s 2019 Annual Dues are $360.00 due on May 1st.  Please verify your name and address is correct and notify Homeside Properties, Inc. at 678-297-9566 or email of any changes.  Association billing should be received by the end of this month, if not before.

The Association’s annual operating costs are determined by yearly budgets prepared by your board of directors and by Homeside Properties.  The budgets are based on historical data and future reserve needs of your community.  Budgeted expenses include items such as utilities, landscape maintenance, common area & amenities maintenance, insurance, and taxes as outlined in your community’s governing documents.   Detailed line items on your budget may be viewed on your Homeside Properties community website.  See below for more information.


Based on your 2019 budget, your annual assessment is $360.00. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.  Payments received after the 10th of the month, will be assessed a 10% late fee.
