HOA Dues
Good afternoon,
This is probably my 5th or 6th time contacting the board regarding my inability to pay my dues online. I get sent links that do not work and then I am still in the same space. I have been trying to get this fixed since the system changed and still no resolve. I would like someone to contact me today to rectify this issue. I would like access to the pool when it opens and I am very upset that I have been dealing with this issue for months. I hope that my account is not accruing late fees due to the incompetence of the website and lack of resolve from the board and financial person in charge.
