Ballentine Pointe offers several payment options provided by our management company, Community Management Associates (CMA)
Online
ACH Auto Debit CMA provides Auto Debit at no charge via the CMA Portal
One Time Debit Our bank, First Citizens Bank, offers online payments
Property Pay offers eCheck / ACH and Debit / Credit Card payment options, both for a fee. Note that neither CMA nor Ballentine Pointe receive this fee, it goes directly to our bank.
ACH: $2.25/transaction
Card Payment: 2.95% per transaction (slightly less than $4 on a normal $135 payment)
You will need the following information:
Management Company ID: 0501
Association ID: 2322
CMA Account Number: available on correspondence. Alternatively, you can email us or contact CMA Client Services at 1-800-522-6314 to request it.
Note: As a convenience, you also make payments online through the CMA Portal. The CMA Portal charges significantly higher fees than Property Pay. ACH transactions are $2.99 and Card Payments are 3.99% (a little over $5 on a $135 payment). We highly recommend using Property Pay from our bank. The one advantage of using the CMA Portal is that payments are reflected immediately, which makes pool registration easier if you were past due before.
