Note: This meeting serves as the annual Meeting of Owners as well as a community-wide town hall. Tenants are welcome to attend for the town hall but won’t count towards quorum. Owners are encouraged to attend or to assign a proxy.
Ballots will be distributed at the door for voting for five (5) positions for the Board of Directors. Please consider running for the Board of Directors as the community needs your help. Tremendous progress has been made this year on a variety of issues, but this work cannot continue without a strong Board of Directors to lead the way. If you would like to serve on the 2025 Board or would like to nominate someone, please contact our Association Manager, Melody Daniel, at 404-835-9150 or email her at MDaniel@cmacommunities.com by Friday, January 31, 2025. If you plan to run for an open board position you must email your Bio to Melody by January 31, 2025. Nominations will also be taken from the floor.
We need a quorum to elect new officers. If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please sign and forward your proxy to a neighbor or Community Management Associates by emailing it to MDaniel@cmacommunities.com or by mailing to Ballentine Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., c/o CMA, 1465 Northside Drive NW, Suite 128, Atlanta, GA 30318. Proxies must be received by 5:00 pm on Friday, January 31, 2025, to be counted. You only need to complete a proxy if you will NOT be present at the meeting to vote in person.
