The HOA Board approved a change to the Architectural Guidelines for Doors which will give the ACC (currently represented by the Board of Directors) more flexibility in approving ACC requests
- We now permit changing the door with a different design
- Door repainting rules have been clarified and codified.
All changes still require a full ACC application to be submitted. We launched a new page to share the current approved guidelines. It\'s available here and via the Resident Area link above.
