Ballentine Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. is pleased to announce the annual meeting of owners, to be held concurrently with a community wide meeting at The Event Place in Hiram, GA on February 5, 2023 at 7:30 PM. We will also have a virtual meeting held over CMA’s video conference platform.

• If we have a quorum of homeowners, defined as one-third of eligible owners, present, then we will have our Annual Meeting and election for all 5 board seats.
• We will have a community wide meeting for all residents as well
